(j3.2006) server outage

Hello,

I have been advised, due to power supply changes since last week,
that the j3 server need not be rebooted.  So I will not reboot it.

It will, however, lose network connectivity for a bit
Saturday AM.  That is all.  Since I will not be aware of when
this will happen, I cannot give further warning.
