Hi folks,

I agree with John (and Bill and Dan) that I should produce a new document.
(In fact I had already started on this before I sent my previous message.)

I also agree with Dan's suggestion that I should correct all reported
typos in that document unless there is some reason to do otherwise.

This will be 08-007r2, and will have a WG5 number to be decided shortly.
I will endeavour to have this ready sometime next week.
