(j3.2006) Fun with the ISO directives

Somebody has noticed a problem with the ISO/IEC directives concerning
different language versions of a standard:

All language versions have to be equivalent paragraph by paragraph.

Definitions have to be in alphabetical order.

JTC1 N9111 is attached for your amusement.
