(j3.2006) public comment mail characteristics

Just wanted to point out that I have seen no mail whatsoever to the
public comment alias f2008-ballot-comments-ext at sun.com
after the official cutoff date.   None.  Nada.  Not even spam.
No tapering off.  No outliers.  No stray comments.  No misdirected mail. 
No apologetic "I hope it's not too late" missives.

I'm not sure what that tells us, if anything.
