(j3.2006) please update 08-252 to contain the name of the submitter of the F08 public comment

I would recommend against including email addresses, as they WILL get
"scraped" by spammers. The list of names with emails should be kept
private by the committee. I do agree that the names of the submitters
should be made available.

If these comments were sent by email, I don't see how laws regulating
web sites are relevant.
