I'm not a member of the P754 ballot committee.  I got recruited to write
the IFIP WG 2.5 proposal for interval arithmetic in standardese, even
though my knowledge of interval arithmetic is negligible.  I worked with
Bo Einarsson, who is a member of the ballot committee; he got drafts for
me.

Michael is listed as a participant in the Working Group.
