I agree with Bill.  PDF is the new, improved format.
Postscript is the old, yucky one.  I have no need for PS,
as both PS and PDF viewers are free for downloading.

Can anyone *not* view PDF ?
Also, the links in PDF make a qualitative advantage
ahead of the link-less PS.
