N8891 and N8892 might both be interesting.  N8891 notes that the
"Further interoperability with C" TR got approved.  In the same
resolution, a TR for decimal floating-point arithmetic in C, and a TR
for modules in C++, (and one related to Ada, and another one related to
C++) were approved.
