Interesting comments.  But I guess if you want to write code like "print 
*, x", while x being a polymorphic entity, you'll be out of luck without 
UDDTIO :-)  I saw demands for Fortran 2003 from customers, but a more 
pressing issue is to teach them how to use these features.
