(j3.2006) Treasurer's report

The treasurer's report 08-273 was defective.

Dan and Bill caught an arithmetic mistake.

The error wasn't in the final balance, it was in the balance brought 
forward from the previous report.  The final balance is 2485.91, as 
originally reported.

librarian at j3-fortran.org:fortran/html/doc/meeting/185.

Dan: You need to adjust links and maybe move the file so it's accessible 
both via 195 and 2008.
