Paper 154.txt shows some strange characters in my text editor,

\302\240type :: a

(In case that ends up looking more normal after I send it, I'm seeing
backslash-3-zero-2-backslash-2-4-0-t-y-p-e- -:-:- -a    )

I'm assuming that's just whitespace ... am I missing something important?
Maybe the text acceptance filter at the website could be tweaked to
erase these characters when text papers are submitted?
