*	WG5 interp ballot 4 is in N1711
*	the results of that ballot are in N1721.  Many of the interps
passed with comments.
*	J3/08-155 is the summary of the comments from N1721 and the
disposition of those comments.
*	Attached to J3/08-155 are the edited interps in their final
form, either "Passed by WG5 ballot" or "J3 consideration in progress".
