At the April 2008 meeting of the INCITS Executive Board, the INCITS/J3  
nominations of the following persons for emeritus membership on INCITS/ 
J3 were reviewed and approved:

Walt Brainerd
Kurt Hirchert
Tom Lahey
Richard Maine
Loren Meissner
Mallory North
Brian Smith
Jerry Wagener
The following action item was assigned and is completed by  
transmission of this document:

Action Item (a08.102):  The INCITS Secretariat will notify the INCITS/ 
J3 Chairman and affected parties of the Executive Board's approval of  
the nominations (in071788 and in080310) for Emeritus membership.
