I agree with Bill that POINTER/ALLOCATABLE attributes should not be
allowed for the second dummy argument in declaration of a defined
assignment.

Comments on F03/0114

First of all, this is not really an interp because there is
nothing ambiguous here.

Also it would be helpful to list all the occurrences of the
word <default-logical-variable> in Clauses 6 and 9 so one can
easily see what has been updated.
