If you want to make a official request for interpretation, either you or
Michael should format using the interp template and send it to the J3
mailing list.  That way, we won't have to guess what questions you're
asking or what investigations you've made.

BTW, my request was for an official interpretation.  I already asked
the same question informally, and I received a mix of opinions from
committee members.
