This is a personal paper of mine that tries to (re)collect some of the 
technical decisions regarding co-arrays. I hope it will be useful to others 
in reviewing the document and also in presenting it to others. I will also 
distribute it together with John's summary outside of the Committee to make 
sure we get constructive input from others.
