(j3.2006) organization of standing docs

Hello,

I'm not too fond of the current organization of the standing documents.
I would prefer simple links directly from the document description,
rather than the separate little window to the right of the table.

If anyone objects, please advise.  Otherwise, over the next few days,
I'll make the conversion.  The standing/links directory can stay.
It's the little window I don't like.

And it gives me two things to keep synchronized,
where one is needed.  Standard comment re errors and multiplicity.  :-)
