Hello,

Please resubmit any papers you sent to me
directly to the server.  Due to the unexpected outage
during Monday, I am extending the premeeting deadline
one day, until Tuesday.  I will make the premeeting tarball
on Wednesday morning.

While the server was unavailable, I couldn't reach it, either.
So I was unable to post your papers.

The network outage has been resolved, and the service
has been upgraded to faster routers.  I had to upgrade
the cable to the server to enable it to talk to the new routers.

If you have any difficulty after reading this email,
please advise.
