(j3.2006) co-array variable

I see that in lines 13 and 15 of page 197 we have "co-variable" which I
thought we had dropped in favor of "co-array variable". I think the
same phrase should be used in lines 13, 15, and 16. I don't view
"co-array variable" as a separate term, but rather the term "variable"
qualified by "co-array".
