(j3.2006) website updated for 180

Hi,

I finally got Verizon to make the phones work.

I think the j3 site is up-to-date.  If I fouled something,
please advise.

BTW, I added a Post directory to the member's directory
in anticipation of 181.  The subgroup directories are empty,
except for hpc, which has some stuff.  Someone might want
to check it to see whether it should be cleared,
or left for 181.
