(j3.2006) Again, wrong dates in notice180.txt

Hi folks,

Since I already had one comment from someone who didn't see
anything wrong in notice180.txt despite my complaint...

...Look at the line "Meeting Times:"

I seriously doubt we are meeting May 12-16.
In any case it contradicts the earlier line saying May 7-11.

Michael, can you fix this please?  Ta.
