The answer is still no.  Note "exactly one page", not throughout; they
only wanted it on the first real page (viz page 1).  In my TR I had it
throughout and they insisted on its removal (excepting the first page).

And they didn't do it at all in the Directives, so it probably depends
on which editor one gets.
