Sure, why not.  But, an Emeritus member is a non-voting member, judging
by where the new section goes, and those 4 guys are already doing that.
If the meetings are open to the public, any old person can come and not
vote.  What does the new category give them?  Wouldn't it be better to
let them be voting members and NOT pay the $800?
