Also I'd have thought that there would be quorum difficulties (for
want of a better term). You can't charter a committee with a single
voting member. I don't know the state of the rules, but I'd be highly
surprised if you could maintain a committee's standing that way.
Anyone keep in contact with the folks on the ruling body these days?
Are the various upgrades really necessary?
Is maintaining offices in Washington DC (one of the more expensive
cities) really the best way to spend money?
