Thanks (mostly to Van, who did the syntax term ones last time
around, making it easy for me to work out how to do these extra ones).

Yes, I noticed that too.  Interestingly enough, the ones for defined
terms (but not the synonyms) end up at the right place (well, at least
for me).  Various of the others are basically a line down.

There should be a clue there, but it was too subtle for me.  I'll have
another look at the difference between e.g. \term and \termsynonym later,
or ask Van to do it.

I think there is a very good chance of this, provided we don't colour them.
In the paper version, the colouring is *really* off-putting (IMNSHO).

The colouring this time around is not to make them easier to use (though
it does do that), it is to
(a) show what new hyperlinks are available (since many of these did not
     exist before), and
(b) to show up missed cases.
