As you may recall, Van Snyder's current term as INCITS/J3 International
Representative will expire in November 2007.  The first call for
volunteers closed with response on July 20.

Please distribute the attached call for volunteers to serve as INCITS/J3
IR to the members of the committee at your earliest opportunity.

I will be in touch after the call has closed on August 29.
