(j3.2006) UTI 076 and UTI 192

There is already a paper for UTI 76,  07-128.  Note that 192 is a typo 
in the UTI number. It is supposed to be 102 and a paper should be titled 
that way, with a note about the typo.

I agree that it would be good to have replies to all the UTI's at this 
meeting.  I'm working on 5, 6, and 16.
