Are there many such papers?  According to the draft minutes
no action was taken on

but those were Interps;

were reports from the editor.  The other papers in the
range 06-293 to 06-380 for which no action is recorded in
"section 0. List of papers passed" and the disposition I see
recorded later in the minutes are

06-302 announced no further action
06-311 SV taken
06-328 announced no further action
06-330 SV taken
06-334 announced no further action
06-335 withdrawn
06-342 deferred
06-359 announced no further action
06-373 handled off-line after the meeting
06-379 withdrawn

so I only see one paper deferred from Meeting 178.
