(j3.2006) web site fixes

Hi,

I've put a Google search box on the home page
to reduce the "j3 works in secret" noise.

I *think* I've fixed the broken links
in the meeting papers download pages.
If you find one that's still broken, please advise.

(For the terminally curious, soft links referencing
files on Rose-Hulman's Andrew file system were
present in the meeting directories.  They were owned
by unknown-to-me system accounts.  I have copied
the actual files into the meeting directories, so
the links are long gone.  root had a busy afternoon  ;-) )
