(j3.2006) meeting 181 is closed

Hello,

With the minutes and the last of the Post papers
on the web site, I've closed 181.

I've also remade the tarball, and cleared the *day and Post directories
on the member login.  I left the subgroup directories alone,
subgroups can manage their own space.

The upload is now configured to point to 182.

I'll update the main web site in a day or two.
