(j3.2006) Random formatting aside

Hi folks,

Just thought that I'd mention that I'm quite aware of the fact that
quite a few headings have ended up at the bottom of pages in 07-007r1.
Sorry about that.

A bit of a mystery as to why, since I've not changed my LaTeX
installation nor the fonts, and I would not have expected Van's changes
to j3.cls to have affected it in any way.

When it comes to 07-007r2 I'll take a look and see if I can avoid it,
whether by using a different LaTeX installation (I have at least 4, on 4
different machine/OS combinations!) or by tweaking j3.cls so that it
gives better results.  Oh, and the LaTeX I used to generate 07-007r1 was
the most up-to-date of all 4 ... which makes tweaking j3.cls (and in
some cases the 007 sources) even more attractive, but I'll burn that
bridge when I come to it.
