(j3.2006) Emerald Suites contracts for next year

Be thinking about Emerald Suites contracts for next year.

Valerie says she doesn't see a reason to change any of the current
provisions.  In particular, she didn't say anything about increasing the
room rate, canceling the shuttle, or asking us to pay for the meeting
room.

I'd like to know on Monday of the meeting week whether to accept new
contracts with the same provisions as we presently have.
