So far, I have had only two responses. They are both enthusiatic about visiting 
Japan, but are concerned about whether they personally would be able to attend.

This is an important meeting that needs a good attendance. Unless I hear from 
more of you by the end of this week, I will decline (with great regret) the May 
invitation. We can discuss the Nov. invitation at the London meeting.
