For what it's worth, I find FORM_TEAM by the following procedure
in Adobe Reader 7.0:
	o use bookmarks to navigate to beginning of chapter 13
		(to avoid searching chapters 1-12)
	o use search tool to perform new search for FORM_TEAM
This is fast enough for me, unless I'm looking at 04-007 when I think I'm
looking at 07-007r1.  Then it seems to take forever to tell me it
can't find FORM_TEAM and for me to realize I'm looking at the wrong
document.
