(j3.2006) j3-fortran.org fixed?

This is a test message to see if the j3 at j3-fortran.org email alias is working again.

I've fixed the hostname of our server, gotten j3-fortran.org to point to the new server,
rebuild mailman, and hopefully fixed the reply to address on all 7 mailing lists.

If you get this message, you may assume the server is working again,
but please check your reply to addresses (when replying to email) to make sure
the reply address is j3 at j3-fortran.org
