(j3.2006) Draft Co-array summary

J3,

Attached please find a draft of a new paper that summarizes the co-array 
feature. It will be N1669, but I do not plan to mount it on the WG5 web site 
until the New Year.

As with its predecessor, N1626, I make it clear that this is not an official 
document, but I would nevertheless like to hear of any errors or omissions (or 
other comments).

Not exactly light reading for the break. Sorry about that.
