(j3.2006) Question about macro concatenation

Hi,

Is this allowed?

A%%B=1%%3

It seems to be OK as far as the BNF is concerned, since the = is valid as a 
token in a result-token. But the result does not form a lexical token, so 
this seems not allowed.
